HET高性能抗滑表层技术在复合路面养护中的应用研究

复合路面因其特殊的路面结构,水泥混凝土板的切缝、裂缝在交通荷载和温度荷载的重复作用下,均易导致应力集中使沥青铺装层产生开裂,反复的补缝严重影响行车舒适性。本文以复合路面加铺HET-Y(A)高性能抗滑表层为例,从HET-Y(A)材料设计、混合料加工、现场施工工艺以及路用性能衰变规律来全面研究HET在复合路面养护加铺中的适用性。研究发现,HET-Y(A)具有较好的高温稳定性、水稳定性及耐疲劳性能;重交通等级条件下,服役20 个月,裂缝反射率仅4%,无剪切类病害,路面抗滑、平整度均为优等级,且一直保持较好的降噪效果,认为HET-Y(A)适用于复合路面加铺,可以在同类项目中推广使用。
Application of HET High Performance Anti-sliding Surface Technology in Composite Pavement Maintenance
Due to the special pavement structure of composite pavement,the cutting and cracking of cement concrete slab are easy to lead to stress concentration and cracking of asphalt pavement under the repeated action of traffic load and temperature load,and the repeated joint repair seriously affects the driving comfort.This paper takes the composite pavement overlay HET-Y(A)high-performance anti-sliding surface as an example,and studies the applicability of HET in composite pavement maintenance overlay from the HET-Y(A)material design,mixture processing,on-site construction technology and road performance decay law.The results show that HET-Y(A)has good high temperature stability,water stability and fatigue resistance;under the condition of heavy traffic grade,with 20-month service life,the crack reflectivity is only 4%,there is no shear disease,the pavement skid resistance and flatness are excellent,and the noise reduction effect has been good.It is considered that HET-Y(A)is suitable for composite pavement overlay and can be used in similar projects.
