摘要

为分析上跨铁路桥梁转体结构施工技术,依托淮滨至信阳高速公路息县至邢集段上跨京广铁路转体桥的实际情况,分析了下转盘、球铰及上转盘施工和转体牵引系统等转体结构施工关键要点,并结合工程实际,从转体不能正常起动,转体过程中出现擦脚、加速及过转和牵引系统故障等方面提出施工中的问题及解决措施.转体结构施工难度比较大,经对上述要点严格把控,并解决好施工中的对应问题,在不影响既有铁路正常运行的基础上,实现上跨铁路桥梁转体结构施工的顺利完工,保证了桥梁的安全、质量,经济效益和社会效益显著,值得在施工中借鉴及推广.

Abstract

In order to analyze the construction technology of the swivel structure of the upper-span railway bridge,combined with the actual situation of the swivel bridge spanning the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway on the Huaibin-Xinyang Expressway from Xixian to Xingji,the construction technology of the lower turntable,spherical joint and upper turntable was analyzed.According to the construction points of the swivel traction system,combined with the actual engineering,the problems encountered in the construction and the solutions were analyzed from the aspects of foundation pit protection,concrete hydration heat and installation of lower ball hinges and slideways.The construction of the swivel structure is relatively difficult,so it is necessary to strictly control each process and solve various problems encountered in the construction,so as to ensure the construction of the swivel structure of the upper-span railway bridge without affecting the normal operation of the existing railway.The task was successfully completed,and great economic and social benefits were obtained,which is worth promoting in the construction.
