Finite Element Analysis of Anti-scour Stability of Foundation Improvement Technology
In order to improve the overall stability of the geotextile pipe system, this paper uses Plaxis to perform finite element analysis on four method cases to simulate the external failure of the geotextile pipe system and evaluate the performance of preventive measures. The analysis results show that compared with the traditional construction method of geotextile pipe, the ultimate horizontal displacement is relatively small after the foundation improvement technology is adopted, but the overall stability safety factor is not significantly improved. The overall performance and stability of the embankment supported by the geotextile pipe system can be improved to a certain extent after the application of the concave base structure method and the gravel modified foundation method. However, the combination of the two methods can not improve the overall performance of the geotextile pipe system, but will increase the construction cost and delay the construction progress.Overall, the concave base structure method is a relatively better choice in reducing the limit horizontal displacement and improving the overall stability safety factor.
