城市视频监控运维级别管理方法研究

摘要
随着信息技术的发展,城市基本形成了全域覆盖的视频监控网络,大型城市的视频监控点数量甚至达到百万级,视频运维难度越来越大,对时效性的要求也越来越高,但现有的运维缺少有效的服务级别管理.本研究以视频监控点的操作数据为基础,通过统计视频监控点的操作记录数据特征和点位的重要性参数,借鉴层次分析方法和ITIL的管理理念,提出一种视频监控点服务级别的管理方法,实现在运维过程中动态衡量各个视频监控点的服务级别,形成面向用户实际需求的运维模式,最后通过案例验证,说明了方法的科学有效性.
Abstract
With the development of information technology,most cities have basically formed a video monitoring network covering the whole area.The number of video surveillance points in large cities has even reached one million level.Video surveillance operation and maintenance is becoming more and more difficult,and the requirement for timeliness is also higher and higher.However,the existing operation and maintenance lacks effective service level management.Based on the operation data of video surveillance,this research puts forward a fast identification and management method of service level of video surveillance,which can dynamically measure the service level of each video surveillance in the process of operation and maintenance,and form a user-oriented model by counting the operation record data characteristics of video surveillance and the importance parameters of the point,referring to the analytic hierarchy process and ITIL management concept.Finally,a case is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.
