Study on the Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Cultivating New Farmers in Qingyuan City for E-commerce
The new pattern for the development of agriculture,the countryside and farmers is undergoing positive changes.Traditional agriculture has gradually transformed to modern agriculture,giving rise to a large number of new farmers who can start a business and dare to innovate.Leveraging on the development strategy of"Integrating into Guangdong-Hong Kong-Marco Greater Bay Area",the rural e-commerce in Qingyuan City has made leapfrog development,but the lack of rural e-commerce talent is still a disease.Qingyuan agriculture modernization can not be separated from the support of new farmers of electric business talent.Based on the development of rural e-commerce in Qingyuan,in this paper,the current development status of cultivating new farmers in e-commerce is sorted out,the realistic problems of cultivating new farmers in e-commerce are analyzed in depth,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the network infrastructure,improve the business environment for entrepreneurship,create industrial clusters,deepen the cooperation of colleges,local government and enterprises and build a scientific training evaluation system,so as to explore the rural revitalization in the new era to set a Qingyuan sample.
