新时代高校思想政治教育人文关怀的创新路径

摘要
新时代赋予思想政治教育人文关怀更丰富的内涵.针对当前高校思想政治教育人文关怀的理念偏差、方法滞后、协同低效和机制薄弱等现实问题,在理念创新上尊重和回应大学生的正常精神需求,提供实质性人文关怀;在方法创新上理论结合实践,提升人文关怀效果转化;在队伍创新上高效协同合作,形成高校育人主体合力;在机制创新上加强高校心理服务体系建设,构建长效有力的机制,是新时代加强思想政治教育人文关怀和心理疏导的创新路径.
Abstract
The new era endows ideological and political education with richer connotation of humanistic care.In view of the practical problems of the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities,such as the idea deviation,the lagging method,the low efficiency of coordination and the weak mechanism,in terms of concept innovation,we should respect and respond to the normal spiritual needs of college students and provide substantive humanistic care;in terms of method innovation,we should combine theory with practice to improve the transformation of humanistic care effect;in terms of team innovation,we should work together efficiently to form the resultant force of the main body of college education;in terms of mechanism innovation,we should strengthen the construction of college psychological service system and build a long-term and powerful mechanism.These are the innovative ways to strengthen the humanistic care and psychological counseling of ideological and political education in the new era.
