Research on Labour Education Function of Social Practice Activities in Colleges and Universities
As an important content and carrier of labor education,social practice conforms to the essential attribute of labor education,the internal logic of students'labor conscious generation,and the training needs of new people in the era.The absence of coordination,content and guidance directly restricts the function of labor education in social practice.To realize the labor education function of social practice,the colleges should strengthen and comprehend the concept of education,plan the"construction drawing"of labor value leading practice,agglomerate the consensus of education,deeply excavate the elements of labor education,specify the"line map",strengthen identification and incentive,condense,summarize and beautify the"effect drawing".
