摘要
全媒体时代,高校辅导员的意识形态引领工作面临着全程传播、全息传播、全员传播与全效传播等新环境.在全媒体视域下,高校辅导员的意识形态引领工作遭遇主体的全媒体意识相对欠缺、工作合力尚未形成、平台阵地建设有待完善等现实困难.对此,要从搭建高校辅导员培训链条、打造高校辅导员的全媒体叙事话语体系、夯实意识形态工作的全媒体阵地、延展高校辅导员意识形态引领的工作手臂等方面着手,提升高校辅导员意识形态引领工作的质量与水平.
Abstract
In the era of all media,the ideological guidance work of college counselors is faced with the phenomena of whole process communication,holographic communication and all staff communication.From the perspective of all media,the ideological guidance work of college counselors faces practical difficulties,such as the relative lack of all media awareness of the main body,the need to form work force and improve the construction of platform positions.In this regard,this paper proposes to build the training chain and an all-media narrative discourse system for college counselors,consolidate the all-media position of ideological work,and extend the working arm of college counselors'ideological guidance,in order to improve the ideological leadership of college counselors.
