摘要
通过调研广东地区运营高速公路隧道,分析其排水系统结晶分布特征、排水系统结晶机理和防治措施.结果表明:广东地区高速公路隧道排水系统结晶现象普遍,主要分布在粤北地区的岩溶隧道,部分非岩溶隧道也存在该现象,且隧道渗漏水是普遍伴随的病害现象;岩溶区隧道排水系统结晶主要与碳酸盐沉积反应有关,非岩溶区结晶则主要与衬砌混凝土Ca2+析出有关,结晶严重程度均与地下水的CO2 浓度相关;隧道排水系统结晶防治措施包括优化排水系统设计与混凝土的抗Ca2+析出率、排水沟降水和结晶堵塞疏通.研究结果可为公路隧道排水系统建养提供参考.
Abstract
The crystallization clogging distribution phenomenon and hazard in drainage system of highway tunnels in Guangdong Province was investigated,and the characteristics of crystal distribution in drainage system,crystallization mechanism and prevention measures of highway tunnel drainage system were then discussed.The results show that the crystallization phenomenon in the drainage system of highway tunnels was common in Guangdong Province,which was mainly distributed in the karst area in the north Guangdong,and this phenomenon also existed in a few non-karst tunnels,which could always lead to tunnel leakage.The crystallization of tunnel drainage system in karst area was mainly related to the carbonate deposition reaction,while that in non-karst area was mainly related to the Ca2+precipitation of lining concrete.The crystallization control measures of drainage system in highway tunnels were put forward,including optimization of the drainage system structure design and the Ca2+precipitation of concrete,ditch precipitation and dredging for the drainage system.The research results provide reference for construction and maintenance of highway tunnel.
