Selection of the Pavement Preventive Maintenance Treatments Based on Performance and Life Cycle Cost
In order to practice the"Guangdong Province Trunk Highway Maintenance Management Promotion Action Plan within the 14th 5-Year Period",this paper tries to summarize the successful experiences of highway asphalt pavement preventive maintenance in recent years.Combined with the actual asphalt pavement condition data collected from a highway,this paper explores the method for the best preventive maintenance treatment based on the maintenance treatment performance and life cycle cost.The results of this study are beneficial to improving the scientific decision-making system of highway maintenance with the best whole life cycle benefit,standardizing the selection procedure of the existing expressway preventive maintenance treatment,and providing a scientific basis for the preventive maintenance scheme and construction drawing design of the expressway.
