高速公路雨天交通事故风险路段识别以及路面综合整治方案研究

随着广东多个高速公路改扩建项目的建成通车,宽幅路面雨天交通事故增多成为公路和交通管理部门正在面临的新课题。结合实际高速公路雨天交通事故多发路段综合整治应急工程,提出了高速公路雨天交通事故多发的原因及机理;提出并验证了高速公路雨天交通事故风险路段识别程序,以及高速公路雨天交通事故风险路段综合整治措施和雨天允许行车速度的确定方法。相关成果对于改扩建高速公路排水设计以及已有高速公路雨天交通事故多发路段综合整治有参考价值。
Study on Identification of Traffic Accident Risk Sections on Rainy Days and Comprehensive Improvement Scheme of Expressway
With the completion of many expressway expansion projects in Guangdong,the increase of traffic accidents on rainy days has become a new challenge for highway and traffic management.Therefore,this study combined the comprehensive improvement emergency project of expressway sections with frequent traffic accidents on rainy days,put forward the cause or mechanism of frequent traffic accidents on rainy days;proposed and verified the"identification procedure of traffic accident risk sections of expressway",and the comprehensive improvement measures of traffic accident risk sections and the determination method of allowable driving speed on rainy days.The relevant results have reference value for the drainage design of expansion expressway project and the comprehensive improvement of existing expressway sections with traffic accidents on rainy days.
