Application of In-situ Solidification Technology in the Niutianyang Expressway Project
In response to the characteristics of deep soft soil and sensitive surrounding environment along the Niutianyang Expressway in Shantou City,a joint treatment method is proposed to use in-situ solidification technology to first treat the soft soil in shallow layers, and then combine drainage consolidation method or composite foundation method for deep treatment, and provide quality inspection standards for solidified soil layers. Before large-scale construction, local road sections were selected to conduct mix proportion tests on curing agents with cement content of 3%,4%and 5%,respectively.The test results showed that all three types of curing agent mix proportions can meet the design strength and bearing capacity requirements. From the statistical results,it can be seen that the curing agent with cement content of 4%performs the best.Using quality inspection data from large-scale construction processes as samples for correlation analysis, the relationship between the strength of solidified soil and its age was obtained, providing reference for the strength values of solidified soil at different ages in similar projects.
