Research on the Application of Deformation Monitoring Technology in Long Span Bridge Construction Based on Rotating Image Mosaic
A bridge construction deformation monitoring method based on rotation image stitching is proposed to solve the difficulties and low accuracy of panoramic photography in image processing based deformation monitoring of large-span bridges. This technology obtains the image of the bridge through rotation photography, and after a series of algorithm processing, concatenates it into an equivalent front view image of the bridge. The equivalent front view images before and after construction are processed, the displacement data of the measurement points in the image is converted into actual deformation values, thereby completing deformation monitoring during the bridge construction phase. This technology has been applied to deformation monitoring during the construction process of the main bridge of the Jinghang Canal Bridge on Provincial Highway 268 in Jiangsu Province. The results show that compared with the leveling measurement results, the relative error of the bridge deformation value is within 10%,which meets the requirements of engineering monitoring.
