"1+X"证书制度下"岗课赛证创"融通的课程改革——以动车组牵引传动与网络控制为例

摘要
动车组的机械部件与控制网络的检修在动车组生产运营中占有非常重要地位,是动车组检修人员的一项必备能力.高职动车组检修技术专业的毕业生取得轨道车辆检修资格证书是提升人才培养质量和拓宽毕业生就业领域的有效途径.通过对动车组牵引传动与网络控制课程进行改革,结合产业数字化发展新趋势,提出了"岗课赛证创"五元融通的课程改革模式,重构了教学内容,建立了创新创业课程模块,创设了真实项目,设置了岗位任务体系,渗透了职业素养与文化精神培养,提升了学生综合职业能力.
Abstract
The maintenance of mechanical components and control network of high-speed trains plays a very important role in the production and operation of high-speed trains,and is a necessary ability for maintenance personnel of high-speed trains.Obtaining the qualification certificate for rail vehicle maintenance for graduates majoring in maintenance technology of high-speed train units in vocational colleges is an effective way to improve the quality of talent cultivation and expand the employment field of graduates.Through the reform of the courses on traction transmission and network control of high-speed trains,combined with the new trend of digital development in China's high-speed rail industry,a curriculum reform model of integrating five elements(post,course,competition,certification,innovation and entrepreneurship)has been proposed.The teaching content has been restructured,the innovation and entrepreneurship course modules have been established,the real projects have been created,the job task systems have been established,the professional literacy and cultural spirit cultivation have been permeated,and students'comprehensive professional abilities have been improved.
