"四史"教育融入高校思政教学是丰富高校思政课程历史知识、推动高校思政课程政治性的有效举措,有助于提升思政教学质量、促进学生全面发展以及落实高校立德树人根本任务。然而,部分高校教师认知不深入、教师队伍建设有待深化、融入方式单一、信息化程度待提升等问题,阻碍了高校思政教学质量的提升。所以,高校要进一步深化教师对"四史"教育融入思政教育重要性的认知,优化思政教师队伍建设,丰富思政课程与"四史"教育的结合方式,提升"四史"教育融入思政教育的信息化程度,促进思政课程教学体系的完善以及学生思政素养的提升。
The Challenges and Improvements of the Integration of"Four Histories"Education into Ideological and Political Teaching in Colleges
The integration of"four histories"education into ideological and political teaching in colleges is an effective measure to enrich the historical knowledge and promote the political nature of ideological and political courses in colleges.It is beneficial to improve the quality of ideological and political teaching,promote the all-round development of students,and implement the fundamental task of morality and education in colleges.However,the problems including the lack of in-depth knowledge of some college teachers,the need to deepen the construction of the teaching team,the single integration method,and the need to improve the degree of informatization,have hindered the improvement of the quality of ideological and political teaching in colleges.Therefore,colleges should further deepen teachers'awareness of the importance of integrating"four histories"education into ideological and political education,optimize the construction of ideological and political teachers,enrich the integrating methods of ideological and political courses and"four histories"education,and improve the degree of informatization of ideological and political education in the integration,which promotes the improvement of the teaching system of ideological and political courses in colleges and the improvement of students'ideological and political literacy.
