As a type of higher education,it is very important for the development of higher vocational colleges to construct a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system and create a good atmosphere for educational evaluation reform.Based on the reform and practice of professional title evaluation in Guangzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the evaluation system of teachers'performance in higher vocational colleges and adheres to the principles of quality priority and contribution priority,in view of the characteristics and development needs of different types of posts,a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of professional titles reform is constructed to break the"five-only"stubborn disease,thus effectively promoting the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.
