"破五唯"背景下高职院校教师绩效评价体系构建——基于广州铁路职业技术学院的实践研究

摘要
高职院校作为高等教育的一个类型,构建科学合理的绩效评价体系,营造良好教育评价改革氛围,对高职院校的发展至关重要.本文通过分析高职院校教师绩效评价体系存在的问题,基于广州铁路职业技术学院职称评价改革与实践,坚持质量优先、贡献度优先等原则,针对不同类型的岗位特点及发展需求,构建科学合理的职称改革评价体系,破除"五唯"之顽疾,从而有效促进高职院校高质量发展.
Abstract
As a type of higher education,it is very important for the development of higher vocational colleges to construct a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system and create a good atmosphere for educational evaluation reform.Based on the reform and practice of professional title evaluation in Guangzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the evaluation system of teachers'performance in higher vocational colleges and adheres to the principles of quality priority and contribution priority,in view of the characteristics and development needs of different types of posts,a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of professional titles reform is constructed to break the"five-only"stubborn disease,thus effectively promoting the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.
