基于能力本位的中高本职业教育衔接探索与实践

在遵循技术技能人才成长规律的基础上,拟实现职业教育中高本三个阶段的专业学习者的综合职业能力层级递进,探讨职业教育中高本衔接的内在机制与路径,分析"双高计划"建设背景下专业群衔接的实践困境。通过组织实践专家访谈会、情景描述法,进行职业前景研究,提取"面向未来工作"的典型工作任务,分解出不同能力层级目标任务,对接模块化课程,整体设计专业群中高本内涵式衔接方案;"双平台+模块"构建课程体系;注重职业教育的素质教育;通过科学制度设计,构建学分银行"资格框架+认证"技术路径,打通衔接壁垒,畅通上升通道。
Practical Experience of the Competence-based Cohesion of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education
Based on the growth law oftalent cultivation of technical and skilled talents,in order to realize the progressive comprehensive professional competence level of professional learners in the three stages of vocational education,the internal mechanism and path of connecting in the secondary and higher vocational education were discussed,and the practical predicament of connecting among professional groups under the background of High-level Higher Vocation Program was analyzed.Career prospect research was conducted by organizing practice expert interviews and scenario description methods,typical tasks of"future-oriented work"were extracted to decompose target tasks of different competence levels,so as to connect modular courses and design a connotative connection plan for professional groups as a whole in connecting the secondary and higher vocational education and undergraduate programs;a curriculum system was constructed with"dual platforms+modules";the attention was paid to the quality education of vocational education;through scientific system design,a"qualification framework+certification"technical path of credit bank was constructed to break through the connecting barrier and smooth the rising channel.
