党建引领下职业教育融入社区治理的路径探析——基于广州市花都区新街社区示范教育基地的实践

摘要
实行终身教育、推动终身学习、构建学习型社会是我国教育变革与进步的关键目标.职业教育作为终身教育体系的重要组成部分,对促进全民参与的学习型社会建设及社会治理发挥着至关重要的作用.文章理清了职业教育融入社区治理的逻辑关系,阐述了党建引领下职业教育融入社区治理的价值和路径,深入分析了职业教育在社区治理中的角色和当前融合状况,并以新街社区教育基地为例,探索了职业教育融入社区治理的具体做法,以期为我国社区治理提供新的研究方向和思考.
Abstract
The implementation of lifelong education,the promotion of lifelong learning and the building of a learning society are key objectives of educational reform and progress in China.Vocational education,as an important part of the lifelong education system,plays a crucial role in promoting the construction of a learning society with the participation of all people and social governance.The article clarifies the logical relationship between the integration of vocational education into community governance,explains the value and path of vocational education integration into community governance under the leadership of party building,analyzes in depth the role of vocational education in community governance and the current integration situation,and explores the specific practice of vocational education integration into community governance by taking the Xinjie Community Demonstration Base as an example,aiming to provide a new research direction and reflection on China's community governance.
