Experimental Study on Stable Crushed Gravel of Recycled Cement in a New Cement Pavement Cold Recycling Unit
RH-S85 old cement pavement cold recycling unit was adopted with the method of milling, jaw crushing and counterattack breaking to complete the secondary crushing of waste cement concrete panels, which effectively solves the problem of large particle size of traditional single crushing. The grading characteristics of crushed recycled aggregates and the strength characteristics of recycled cement-stabilized crushed stone mixture were studied by carrying out tests such as sieve grading and unconfined compressive strength. The results show that most of the particle size gradation of the recycled aggregate after the second milling of the RH-S85 old cement pavement cold recycling unit is within the upper and lower limits of the specification, but the number of fine aggregates below ∅0.6 mm exceeds the upper limit of gradation. The cement-stabilized crushed stone mixture formed by recycled aggregates meet the requirements of the standard grading curve range after adjustment, and it increases the maximum dry density linearly with the increase of cement content, the optimal water content increases logarithmically, and the unconfined compressive strength increases exponentially.Under the condition of controlling the appropriate amount of cement, the strength of recycled cement stabilized gravel mixture prepared by using recycled aggregate of RH-S85 unit can meet the requirements of various traffic conditions, and can effectively achieve the purpose of saving environmental protection.
