沥青路面预防性养护技术的可持续抗滑性能评估

长期交通载荷和外部环境因素作用会造成路面抗滑性能下降,从而导致交通事故,因此对路面抗滑性进行持续监测与评估具有重要意义。本研究通过室内试验,收集了 48 组 11 个磨耗阶段的沥青路面结构和摩擦系数数据,每个阶段包含2 万次磨耗循环;通过分析沥青路面纹理和摩擦系数指标的下降趋势,建立了沥青路面抗滑性能劣化相关性拟合公式(R2=0。9664);对磨耗后的车辙板试件分别采用同步砾石封层、微表处、薄层罩面、热再生4 种路面养护技术,进行了5 个阶段的磨耗试验。通过与建立的路面抗滑劣化模型进行对比,采用时间/路面状况分析方法确定了本研究磨耗试验条件下的最佳养护时机为 23 万次磨耗循环。对不同的养护技术进行养护效果分析,得出SMA-5 薄层罩面为最有效的养护方法。
Evaluation of Sustainable Skid Resistance of Asphalt Pavement Preventive Maintenance Techniques
Long-term traffic loads and external environmental factors will cause the decline of pavement skid resistance,which will lead to traffic accidents,therefore,continuous monitoring and evaluation of pavement skid resistance is of great significance for practical maintenance.48 groups of asphalt pavement structure and friction coefficient data of 11 abrasion stages were collected through indoor tests,and each stage contained 20,000 abrasion cycles;by analyzing the decreasing trend of asphalt pavement texture and friction coefficient indexes,an asphalt pavement skid resistance deterioration model was established(R2=0.9664);rutted plate specimens after abrasion were respectively treated with simultaneous gravel 4 types of pavement maintenance techniques,namely,sealing,micro-surface treatment,thin-layer overlay,and thermal regeneration,were used to conduct 5 stages of abrasion tests.By comparing with the established pavement skid resistance deterioration model,the optimal maintenance timing under the abrasion test conditions of this study was determined to be 230,000 abrasion cycles by using the time/pavement condition analysis method,and the maintenance effects of different maintenance techniques were analyzed,and it was concluded that the SMA-5 thin-layer overlay was the most effective maintenance method.
