应用轻型桥面吊机拆除连续刚构上部构造施工技术

以马兰大桥老桥为工程背景,针对旧桥拆除的施工过程,给出一种利用移动式桥面吊机拆除施工中箱梁的新方法。在确定T构和主桥的拆除施工工艺及流程后,通过数值计算测得T构拆除过程中桥墩应力理论值,并将理论值与现场监测的实测进行对比。通过理论受力分析和实桥应力监测数据的详细对比,验证了本项目研究提出的主桥拆除技术方法与理想设计情况一致,所得施工技术方案具有良好的可行性与有效性。
Application of Light Bridge Deck Crane to Demolish the Upper Structure of Continuous Rigid Frame Construction Technology
Taking the old Malan Bridge as the engineering background,a new method of using a mobile bridge deck crane for the lifting of box beams during the demolition construction of old bridges was proposed.After the demolition construction process and process of the T-structure and main bridge were determined,the theoretical stress values of the bridge piers during the T-structure demolition process were measured through numerical calculations.The theoretical values were compared with on-site monitoring measurements.Finally,through theoretical stress analysis and detailed comparison of actual bridge stress monitoring data,it was verified that the main bridge demolition technology proposed in this research is consistent with the ideal design situation,and the obtained construction technology scheme has good feasibility and effectiveness.
