机器视觉及其应用技术是高职智能制造类专业的一门核心课程,为了提升课程的教学效果和人才培养的质量,分析该课程在建设和教学过程中存在的问题,进行基于"岗课赛证创"融通的课程教学改革实践研究,构建"以岗定课、以赛促课、以证融课、以课引创"的课程融合教学模式和实践路径。以岗位技能需求确定课程的主体内容,通过融入相关职业技能等级证书及专业技能竞赛内容打造教学实施项目并按照竞赛的模式组织教学活动,引导学生参加课外科技创新项目开发、专利和论文撰写、"挑战杯"及"互联网+"竞赛等创新创业活动。课程改革实践成果表明,实施基于"岗课赛证创"融通的课程教学模式有利于提升高职机器视觉课程的教学质量。
Curriculum Reform and Practice of Machine Vision and Its Application Technology Course Based on the Integration of "Post-Course-Competition-Certificate-Innovation"
Machine vision and its application technology is a core course for intelligent manufacturing majors in higher vocational colleges.In order to improve the effect of teaching course and the quality of talent cultivation,the problems existing in the construction and teaching process of this course is analyzed,practical research on curriculum teaching reform based on the integration of"post-course-competition-certificate-innovation"is conducted,and a curriculum integration teaching model and practical path is constructed.It determines the main content of the course based on the post skill needs,creates teaching implementation projects by integrating relevant vocational skill level certificates and professional skill competitions,and organizes teaching activities according to the competition mode,and guides students to participate in extracurricular scientific and technological innovation project development,patent and paper writing,"Challenge Cup"and"Internet+"competitions and other innovative and entrepreneurial activities.The practical results of curriculum reform indicate that implementing such curriculum teaching model is conducive to improving the teaching quality of machine vision course in vocational colleges.
