Field Measurement and Analysis of Surface Deformation Law of Parallel Large Section Pipe Jacking under Pipeline
In order to explore the influence of the short-distance construction process of parallel large-section pipe jacking on the surface settlement and the deformation of the upper pipeline,based on the station pipe jacking project of Haibin Station in the east extension section of Guangzhou Rail Transit Line 3,the data analysis of the whole process of parallel pipe jacking construction is carried out,and it is concluded that the soil settlement deformation in the range of 1 times the height of the pipe section before and after the cutterhead should be mainly controlled in the jacking stage of the pipe jacking machine.The influence of the later pipe jacking stage on the surface and pipeline is less than that of the first pipe jacking stage,accounting for 48.6%and 51.04%respectively.Timely secondary grouting of the middle section of the pipe section can reduce the formation loss of the section and effectively control the surface settlement and pipeline deformation.
