Study on the Construction Process of Non-destructive Cutting,Lifting and Removal of Brackets of High-speed Half-through Arch Bridges
This study compared the demolition schemes of blasting, mechanical demolition,SPMT rapid demolition, and non-destructive cutting and hoisting of supports, and determined the construction process of non-destructive cutting and hoisting demolition of supports for half-through arch bridges. This paper used Midas software to simulate and analyze the demolition process during the construction phase, summarizing the stress and deformation patterns during the demolition process and the precautions to be taken during bridge demolition. Finally, the effectiveness and difficulties of the proposed plan were verified through the demolition of a real bridge. The results indicate that the dismantling and hoisting of the arch ring are the difficulties and key points of construction; The non-destructive cutting, hoisting and dismantling process of the bracket is fast,low-noise,environmentally friendly, and can complete the dismantling of the bridge within the specified time of traffic control. The dismantling effect is good, providing a new dismantling process for the half-through arch bridges on highways.
