长条状深基坑土方开挖外运施工方法与技术研究

在长度远大于宽度的长条状深基坑施工过程中,土方开挖直接影响深基坑的稳定性和安全性,土方外运方式直接影响开挖效率.通过对轨道交通在建车站主体长条状深基坑土方开挖外运开展研究,设计了包含临时便道外运阶段、土体台阶倒运阶段、门式起重机外运阶段的土方开挖外运方法,并详细分析每个阶段的过程和特点.其中,临时便道外运阶段土方开挖外运效率最高,可以完成62.19%的土方开挖外运,而土体台阶倒运阶段和门式起重机外运阶段分别完成22.45%和15.36%的土方开挖外运.本文研究结果可为其他类似深基坑土方开挖外运提供参考.
Study on the Construction Method and Technology of Earth Excavation and Transportation in Long-strip Deep Foundation Pit
In the construction process of the long-strip deep foundation pit where the length is significantly greater than its width,earth excavation directly affects the stability and safety of the deep foundation pit,while earth transportation has a direct impact on excavation efficiency.Through the research on earth excavation and transportation in the construction of long-strip deep foundation pit for an under-construction station of a rail transit project,this article designs a method for earth excavation and transportation that includes:the stage of temporary access road for transportation,the stage of soil terrace for transportation,and the stage of gantry crane for transportation.It also provides a detailed analysis of the processes and characteristics of earth excavation and for transportation in each stage.In this method,the stage of temporary access road for transportation has the highest efficiency for earth excavation and transportation,which can accomplish 62.19%of the earth excavation and transportation,while the stage of soil terrace for transportation and the stage of gantry crane for transportation completes 22.45%and 15.36%of the earth excavation and transportation respectively.The research results of this paper can provide reference for earth excavation and transportation in other similar deep foundation pits.
