大跨度连续梁桥悬臂施工预拱度影响因素分析

为系统分析高速铁路大跨度连续梁桥挂篮系统变形对施工预拱度的影响,以大跨度连续梁桥挂篮系统变形为单一影响因素,对施工预拱度的影响因素进行数值分析。通过理论分析和有限元模型对挂篮体系变形的施工过程进行力学分析,确保挂篮体系受到施工荷载和自重而产生的弹性变形和非弹性变形均在设计允许范围内,并应用于徐盐高速铁路李家河预应力混凝土连续梁-拱桥项目中。工程实践表明:在使用挂篮浇筑混凝土过程中,采用预压施工措施可以有效消除最大悬臂处的非弹性变形,减小预拱度的影响,在墩顶处的挠度为0,向墩顶两个方向逐渐增大。根据预拱度影响因素提出本工程预拱度的控制方法,使大跨度连续梁桥避免开裂,进一步减小下挠,研究成果可为高速铁路大跨连续梁设计和工程施工提供参考。
Analysis of Influencing Factors on Pre-camber of Long-span Continuous Beam Bridge under Cantilever Construction
In order to systematically analyze the influence of the deformation of the hanging basket system on the pre-camber of the construction of the high-speed railway long-span continuous beam bridge,taking the deformation of the hanging basket system of the long-span continuous beam bridge as the single influencing factor,the influence factors of pre-camber were analyzed numerically.By the means of theoretical analysis and finite element model,the construction process of the hanging basket system was analyzed to ensure that the elastic and inelastic deformation of the hanging basket system caused by construction load and dead weight are within the design scope.And the method was applied in the project of Lijiahe prestressed concrete continuous beam-arch bridge of Xuyan high-speed railway.The engineering practice shows that the inelastic deformation at the maximum cantilever can be effectively eliminated and the influence of the pre-camber can be reduced by adopting the pre-pressure construction measure in the process of pouring concrete with the hanging basket.The deflection at the top of the pier is 0 and gradually increases in both directions towards the top of the pier.According to the influence factors of the pre-camber,the control method of the pre-camber is put forward,which can avoid the cracking of the long-span continuous beam bridge and further reduce the deflection.The research results can provide reference for the design and construction of long-span continuous beam of high-speed railway.
