Research on the Application of Value Added Evaluation in the Reform of Classroom Teaching of Ideological and Political Courses in Higher Vocational Education—Based on the CIPP Evaluation Model
Classroom teaching diagnosis is an inherent requirement for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education teaching and enhancing students'sense of learning.Value added evaluation provides important basis and support for classroom teaching diagnosis.The value-added evaluation of the CIPP model is a comprehensive,cyclical,improvement oriented,and goal oriented evaluation process,which can be based on the"Golden Course"standard of ideological and political courses to construct a value-added evaluation mechanism for the CIPP model.On this basis,it is proposed to focus on the fundamental task of educating students centered on moral education with background evaluation as the premise,ensure the implementation of teaching resource allocation needs for ideological and political courses with input evaluation as the guarantee,reflect the dynamic process of ideological and political course education with process evaluation as the core,and highlight the evaluation of"quality,effectiveness,contribution,and characteristics"with outcome evaluation as the key.
