Research on High-quality Development of University Scientific Research and Innovation under the Perspective of Chinese Modernization:Internal Equilibrium Study
This paper constructs a binary and ternary system coupling coordination model of research and innovation input-output-outcome transformation structure in Chinese higher education institutions.Starting from the balance relationships in input structure,output structure,and outcome transformation structure,it uses the entropy weight method to determine comprehensive measurement indicators.Based on this,the paper investigates the development trend of internal balance in research and innovation in Chinese higher education institutions since the beginning of the new century.The study reveals that there has been a significant transformation in the coupling relationships of different structural systems within the internal research and innovation of higher education institutions,transitioning to a high-level coupling phase.Although the internal balance of research and innovation in Chinese higher education institutions remains in a state of imbalance,it shows a trend towards improvement.To promote the high-quality development of research and innovation in Chinese higher education institutions,especially within the context of the Chinese modernization perspective,it is essential to consider the balanced and coordinated relationship between the inputs,outputs and transformation of results of scientific research and innovation in universities.
