Research on Multi-level Traffic Impact Assessment System of the Whole Process
As an important means of urban traffic governance,traffic impact assessment can effectively alleviate the traffic problems caused by the development of construction projects.Aiming at the fragmentation and scattered problems of the current traffic impact assessment system,based on the systematic comb of the development trend of traffic impact assessment in major cities in recent years,the characteristics of traffic assessment work at different stages from the perspective of system function were sorted out,and the main work focus at each stage was clarified.From the three levels of implementation area,implementation object and implementation stage,a five-level traffic impact assessment system was constructed.The technical content of traffic impact assessment at each level was comprehensively analyzed,so as to put forward the technical process of multi-level system,clarify the conditions for the development of traffic impact assessment at different stages,and improve the functional framework of traffic impact assessment system.The purpose of this research is to improve the whole process of traffic impact assessment mechanism from the system level,and improve the modernization ability of traffic governance.
