智能圆锥动力触探试验系统的研究及应用

圆锥动力触探试验是我国交通工程现场原位测试时常用的方法,具有试验设备简单、操作方便、应用范围广、作业效率高等优点,但亦存在试验误差较大、再现性较差的缺点。为提升试验的效率、降低人工误差,本文研发了一款圆锥动力触探试验系统,该系统包含自动化圆锥动力触探试验设备及智能平台两部分。其主要优点有:采用全自动落锤,试验速度可达到每分钟20 锤,在检测过程中移位仅需一人操作,极大地提高了现场效率,检测效率相较于传统方式提高了3~5 倍;可实时采集探头贯入深度数据、重锤下落次数等数据,且具有自动出具试验报告的功能。
Research and Application of Intelligent Cone Dynamic Penetration Test System
Cone dynamic penetration test is a commonly used method for in-situ investigation of transportation engineering sites in China,which has the advantages of simple testing equipment,convenient operation,wide application range,and high operational efficiency.However,it also has the disadvantages of large testing errors and poor reproducibility.In order to improve the efficiency of the experiment and reduce manual errors,this article has developed a cone dynamic penetration test system,which includes an automated cone dynamic penetration test equipment and an intelligent platform.Its main advantages include:using a fully automatic drop hammer,the test speed can reach 20 hammers per minute,and only one person is needed to move during the detection process,which greatly improves on-site efficiency.The detection efficiency is 3 to 5 times higher than traditional methods.It can collect real-time data on probe penetration depth,number of hammer drops,and has the function of automatically issuing test reports.
