摘要
智慧城轨助力城市轨道交通行业高质量发展,也为城市轨道交通行业新质生产力的形成提供了有力支撑.针对城市轨道交通行业"智慧化"转型升级过程中,产业链与教育链人才供需不匹配问题,首先分析了高职城市轨道交通类专业人才培养在政策引导、行业发展现状、专业建设基础和信息技术发展方面的机遇;其次研究了专业高质量发展过程中专业组群、校企合作、师资队伍建设和培养目标方面面临的挑战;最后提出了以优化办学机制体制为动力提升专业发展能级,以加强校企合作为手段汇聚育人合力,以信息技术为支撑深化职教改革三方面的策略.
Abstract
Smart urban rail transit helps the high-quality development of the urban rail transit industry,and also provides strong support for the formation of new productive forces in the urban rail transit industry.In response to the mismatch between the supply and demand of talents in the industrial chain and the education chain during the transformation and upgrading of the urban rail transit industry towards intelligence,this paper first analyzes the opportunities for the training of vocational urban rail transit professionals in policy guidance,industry development status,professional construction foundation,and information technology development;Secondly,the challenges faced by professional groups,school enterprise cooperation,faculty construction,and training objectives in the process of high-quality professional development were studied;Finally,three strategies were proposed:optimizing the educational mechanism and system as the driving force,enhancing the level of professional development,strengthening school enterprise cooperation as the means,gathering the joint efforts of education,and using information technology as support to deepen vocational education reform.
