摘要
本文针对高职院校工程造价专业计量与支付岗位的人才培养现状,探讨了在教育部供需对接就业育人项目背景下,开展定向人才培养的重要意义与实施策略.通过分析建设行业对计量与支付岗位人才的迫切需求,指出定向培养对于提升专业人才素质、增强就业竞争力、促进行业发展及创新教育模式的关键作用.论文构建了包含基础理论、核心技能及实践技能训练的课程体系,并提出了教学方法与手段的创新.通过广东交通职业技术学院与长沙计支宝信息科技有限公司的合作案例,展示了校企合作在计量与支付岗位定向人才培养上的成功经验.
Abstract
This article focuses on the talent cultivation of measurement and payment in the engineering cost estimation of vocational colleges,and explores the significance and implementation strategies of targeted talent cultivation under the background of the Ministry of Education's supply and demand docking employment education project.By analyzing the urgent demand for measurement and payment talents in the construction industry,it is pointed out that targeted training plays a key role in improving the quality of professional talents,enhancing employment competitiveness,promoting industry development,and innovating educational models.The paper constructs a curriculum system that includes basic theories,core skills,and practical skills training,and proposes innovative teaching methods and means.Through the cooperation case between Guangdong Communication Polytechnic and Changsha Jizhibao Information Technology Co.,Ltd.,the successful experience of school enterprise cooperation in cultivating targeted talents in measurement and payment is demonstrated.
