The Exploration and Practice in the Credit Recognition and Transfer of Non-academic Education Achievements and Higher Vocational Specialty Courses
The credit recognition of non-academic education such as professional qualification,training certificate and work performance of social personnel is the difficulty of credit bank development,and also the blocking point that hinders the mutual recognition of non-academic education and academic education results.The course is the basic unit of academic education,and the realization of credit recognition and transfer of non-academic achievements and academic education courses is the basic work of building credit bank and promoting lifelong education.This study takes the" Building Intelligent Construction Technology" course of higher vocational college as a pilot,explores different achievements and course transfer rules based on ability equivalence through the investigation of non-academic achievements in the construction industry.Finally,based on the achievement level and content of the given course score recognition,the credit recognition and transfer rules of course and various types of non-academic achievements are formed.The pilot results have reference value for the transfer of various types of achievements in other fields,and have promoting significance for the construction of lifelong learning micro-certificates system and credit banks.
