产教融合视域下高职院校资助育人体系的发展路径研究

摘要
资助育人是落实立德树人根本任务的内在要求.本文基于当前高职院校资助育人工作的现实困境,从产教融合的育人理念和视角,探索其对资助育人工作的重要意义,提出通过构建统筹协调机制、共建职工培训基地、建设实践中心、建立创业孵化基地和不断深化改革勤工助学模式等路径,助推资助育人提质增效、高质量发展,促进学生成长成才.
Abstract
Financial aid for education is crucial for fulfilling the foundational objective of fostering virtue through education.In light of the current practical challenges faced by higher vocational colleges on financial aid for education,this study examines the importance of such educational funding through the lens of a novel educational paradigm and the integration between industry and education.The paper suggests strategies including the creation of an overarching coordination mechanism,the collaborative establishment of staff training facilities,the construction of experiential learning centers,the founding of entrepreneurial incubation platforms,and the ongoing refinement of the work-study program.These initiatives are designed to enhance the effectiveness and quality of funding to educate people,promote high-quality development,and facilitate the overall advancement of students.
