职业教育产教融合模式的实践探索——以宣城职业技术学院机械设计与制造专业群为例

校企深度融合是高职教育改革创新的重要途径。本文结合高职院校的实际,针对校企深度融合实践中存在的一些问题,提出创新校企合作深度融合的模式,主要在校企合作管理、校企合作协同育人、校企合作就业保障、校企合作共享等四个方面开展创新与实践,提高企业参与校企合作的积极性,做到让政府满意、学校满意和企业满意,使校企合作更加深入和坚定,从而加快高职教育的创新发展,为企业的转型升级提供有效的支撑。
Exploration of Practice in the Integration Model of Industry and Education in Vocational Education—Taking the Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Specialty Group of Xuancheng Vocational&Technical College as an Example
To further deepen the reform of higher vocational education,achieving deep integration between schools and enterprises is an important path for innovation and reform.This article will address some issues existing in the practice of deep integration between schools and enterprises,combined with the actual situation of higher vocational colleges,and propose innovative modes for deep integration of school-enterprise cooperation.The main innovations and practices are in four aspects:management of school-enterprise cooperation,collaborative education through school-enterprise cooperation,employment security in school-enterprise cooperation,and sharing resources in school-enterprise cooperation.By enhancing the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation,we aim to achieve satisfaction from the government,schools,and enterprises alike,creating a tripartite win-win situation.This will deepen and solidify the collaboration between schools and enterprises,accelerate the innovative development of higher vocational education,and provide effective support for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.
