高职学生社区党建工作模式创新研究——以学生社区党员互助化实践为例

摘要
随着我国高等教育改革的逐步深化,高职学生社区日益成为学生思政教育与高职基层党建工作的重要载体.本文以学生社区党员互助化实践为高职基层学生社区党建工作的创新突破口,对学生社区党建现状进行了研究分析,探讨了新时期高职学生社区基层党建存在问题及原因,创新性地运用社会工作互助化理念优势,对高职学生社区基层党建提出有益对策与建议.
Abstract
With the deepening of higher education reform in China,student communities in higher vocational colleges have increasingly become an important carrier of student ideological and political education and Party building at the grass-roots level in higher vocational colleges.Taking the practice of practice of student community Party members'mutual support as an innovative breakthrough in the Party building work of higher vocational grass-roots student communities,the current situation of Party building in student communities is studied and analyzed,the problems and reasons of Party building in higher vocational student communities in the new era are explored,and the advantages of the concept of mutual support of social work are innovatively applied to put forward useful countermeasures and suggestions for the Party building of grass-roots student communities in higher vocational schools.
