Analysis of the Causes of Slow Employment in Vocational Colleges in Guangdong Province and Research on the Countermeasures from the Perspective of Curriculum Design
Slow employment not only affects economic and social development and industrial structure upgrading,but also hinders a large number of high-quality talents from stimulating the vitality of various industries,consumes the talented person training cost,and has certain negative influence.Based on this,this paper examines the objective and subjective reasons for the formation of slow employment.From the perspective of curriculum design,three coping strategies are put forward:(1)set up career planning courses,guide students to set up career goals as soon as possible;(2)increase investment in professional practice to enhance students' core competitiveness;(3)strengthen the interaction between students and enterprises so that students can understand the technology and skills needed by enterprises as soon as possible.And then higher vocational graduates can be promotde to achieve a higher proportion,better quality of employment.
