摘要

以某轨道交通工程中盾构隧道下穿绕城高速高架桥为背景,研究地铁盾构隧道下穿高架桥的影响.该工程中,盾构隧道与桥桩最小水平净距仅3.1~3.2m.采用FLAC3D有限差分软件建立三维数值模型,考虑了盾构机土仓压力、地层损失率、注浆压力和盾构机推力等因素,模拟盾构隧道掘进施工过程;分析了盾构隧道施工对高架桥桩基的水平位移影响,以及盾构施工对桥面竖向沉降的影响;对比研究了有无超前注浆加固两种情况下盾构施工对高架桥的影响差异.研究结果可为类似的盾构隧道下穿高架桥工程提供重要的参考和指导.

Abstract

The influence of shield tunnel underpassing viaduct is studied based on the background of shield tunnel underpassing viaduct in a rail transit project.In this project,the minimum horizontal distance between shield tunnel and bridge pile is only 3.1-3.2 m.The three-dimensional numerical model is established by using FLAC3 D finite difference software in this study.The construction process of shield tunnel is simulated by considering the factors such as soil pressure,formation loss rate,grouting pressure and thrust of shield machine.The influence of shield tunnel construction on the horizontal displacement of viaduct pile foundation and the influence of shield construction on the vertical settlement of bridge deck are analyzed.The influence of shield construction on viaduct is compared and studied in two cases with or without advanced grouting reinforcement.The research results can provide important reference and guidance for similar shield tunnel undercrossing viaduct projects.
