加强生成式人工智能在高等教育领域中的风险管理:基本框架与关键举措

随着人工智能技术的迅速发展,我国高度重视人工智能技术的战略重要性.基于高等教育领域的应用场景,生成式人工智能风险管理规制体系的关键举措在于合理规划融合生成式人工智能技术的高等教育数字化转型,建构统一的治理框架以协调诸多教育应用场景的规章制度;基于法律与安全、伦理道德、教育质量、职业转型等不同风险类型特征,建立分类管理和灵活调整的风险规制体系.为此,应落实高校的主体责任,建立技术应用与风险管理团队,不断探索高效利用生成式人工智能技术的实践经验.
Enhancing Risk Management in Higher Education for Generative Artificial Intelligence:Basic Framework and Key Measures
Due to the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence(AI)technolo-gies,China attaches great importance to the strategic importance of AI technology.Based on the theory of risk analysis and management,and incorporating specific scenarios of educa-tional applications,this study formulates a tailored risk management system for generative AI in higher education.The study recommends orchestrating an educational shift towards generative AI,crafting a unified governance framework to synchronize regulations across ed-ucational settings,and forming a categorized and adaptive risk regulation system tailored to various risk types,including legal and safety,ethical,quality,and career transition issues.Accordingly,higher education institutions should lead in risk management,establish dedica-ted technology application and risk management teams,and persistently explore optimal practices for generative AI's effective use.
