美国高中与大学教育衔接的历史进程、基本经验及其启示

美国是最早开展高中和大学教育衔接实践的国家之一,其发展历程可分为高中向上延伸、设立先修课程、拓宽衔接通道、建立教育标准、入学标准多元化五个阶段,在增强高中课程的严谨性、消除高中和大学的学分壁垒、对学生给予多维度支持、调整学生评价方式等方面积累了丰富经验.借鉴其经验,我国推进高中和大学的教育衔接,可重点从构建高中和大学联合培养人才新模式、提供满足学生多样化发展需要的衔接课程、充分发挥专业组织的作用、完善相关政策和保障机制等方面着手.
The Education Articulation between High School and University in the United States
The United States is one of the earliest to establish education articulation be-tween high school and university.There are such five stages in its development:extending high school education upwards,establishing advanced placement courses,broadening articu-lation pathways,establishing educational standards,and diversifying admission standards.It has achieved those accomplishments:strengthening the rigor of high school curricula,elimi-nating credit barriers between high school and university,providing diverse support for un-derrepresented groups,and increasing articulation incentives through the adjustment of student evaluation methods.Thus,China should build a new model for the joint cultivation,provide a curriculum system of articulation,play the role of professional organizations,and improve the policy guarantee mechanism.
