区域高等教育协调发展:本质、维度与理论边界

从本质来看,区域高等教育协调发展是将区域高等教育发展差距控制在合理范围的过程和状态.区域高等教育发展差距主要表现为发展水平差距、支撑能力差距和入学机会差距三个方面,涉及区域高等教育协调发展的三个基本维度.基于教育适度超前发展理论、教育外部关系规律、教育机会均等理论,区域高等教育协调发展控制三种差距的理论边界体现为区域间高等教育发展水平差距应小于区域间经济发展水平差距,区域内高等教育要与当地经济社会发展相适应,区域间高等教育入学机会差距应小于区域间高等教育发展水平差距.
Coordinated Development of Regional Higher Education:Essence,Dimensions,and Theoretical Boundaries
Essentially,the coordinated development of regional higher education is the process and state of controlling the disparities in regional higher education development with-in a reasonable range.The disparities in regional higher education development are mainly manifested in three aspects:the gaps in development levels,support capabilities,and access to higher education.he theoretical boundary of the three kinds of gaps in the coordinated de-velopment and control of regional higher education is reflected in that the gap in development levels of higher education among regions should be smaller than the gap in economic develop-ment levels among regions;the regional higher education should adapt to the local economic and social development;lastly,the gap in access to higher education among regions should be smaller than the gap in development levels of higher education among regions.
