The Strategic Turn and Systematic Support of Colleges and Universities for Coping with The Comprehensive Reform of College Entrance Examination
In the past ten years since the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination was implemented,colleges and universities have optimized the enrollment pub-licity plan,reformed the enrollment and admission mechanism,explored the path of profes-sional construction,and adjusted the talent training plan.However,instrumental rationali-ty,single task,adaptive means,and competitive strategies have hindered the achievement of the goals of promoting the comprehensive and personalized development of students and ser-ving the high-quality development of higher education.Therefore,this paper puts forward a systematic adjustment program from the national and provincial levels,colleges and universi-ties,secondary colleges,key majors and other levels to provide references for improving the college entrance examination system as well as optimizing the university implementation plans.
