当代中国高等教育现代化先发内生何以可能

根据时序与动力两个维度,现代化可以分为先发内生、先发外生、后发外生、后发内生四种范式.从若干典型后发国家高等教育现代化历程来看,其范式转换遵循着"后发外生——后发内生——先发内生"的进路.中国高等教育现代化的当代转型应摒弃"外生-内生"二元对立的发展论,选择"内外共生、上下联动"的新内生发展范式,以高等教育现代化推进高等教育强国建设.
How It is Possible the Modernization of Higher Education in Contemporary China as a First-mover with Endogenous Development
According to the two dimensions of timing and motivation,modernization is divided into four paradigms:first-mover with endogenous development,first-mover with ex-ogenous development,latecomer with exogenous development,and latecomer with endoge-nous development.Analyzing the modernization process of higher education in some typical latecomer countries,the paradigm transformation follows a development trajectory of"late-comer with exogenous development-latecomer with endogenous development-first-mover with endogenous development".Currently,China's higher education modernization should abandon the dualism of"exogenous-endogenous"and adopt a new endogenous development paradigm of"internal and external symbiosis,top-down linkage".
