战略性新兴领域拔尖创新人才的早期成长机制

基于"全国高校教学质量与学生发展监测追踪调查"数据中的资优学生样本,从高中与大学教育衔接视角切入,实证考察战略性新兴领域拔尖创新人才的早期成长机制发现,在战略性新兴领域相关专业,资优学生高中阶段的超前探究、生涯规划与综合实践学习体验均能显著促进其在大学阶段的综合发展.高考成绩可有效预测资优学生的大学学业表现,但在大学专业兴趣和通用能力发展方面,高考选拔效果尚未彰显.因此,战略性新兴领域的拔尖创新人才培养应突破"强筛选、晚起点、弱衔接"的传统模式,构建贯通式育人机制,以促进高层次人才的动态成长与系统涌现.
The Early Growth Mechanism of Top Innovative Talents in Strategic Emerging Fields
Based on the data of"National College Student Development Monitoring Sur-vey",it empirically examines the early growth mechanism of top innovative talents in strate-gic emerging fields.The longitudinal analysis shows that the exploration learning,career planning and comprehensive practical learning experiences in high school can significantly promote the integrated development of talented students in college.The results of college en-trance examination can effectively predict the academic performance of talented students,but the effect of college entrance examination selection has not been demonstrated in the develop-ment of professional interest and general ability.Therefore,the cultivation of top innovative talents should break through the traditional mode of"high selection,late start,and weak transition",and build a through-cultivation mechanism from high school to college,so as to promote the dynamic growth and systematic emergence of high-level talents.
