医教协同在人才培养中的关联结构及其互动机制

医教协同是当前我国医学教育领域改革发展的核心议题之一.采用连续比较法分析相关资料发现,医教协同是教育系统与卫生系统围绕医学人才培养形成的关联结构,呈现宏观、中观和微观三层次嵌套关联,学校教育、毕业后教育和继续教育三阶段有序参与以及协同主体互嵌的特征;医教协同源于医学教育作为专业教育的本质要求及其专业特殊性,行业系统中医院的市场化扩张与多 目标冲突、教育系统中医学教育管理体制变化与机构分层化加剧了两者协同的复杂性.
On the Relational Structure and Interactive Mechanism of Synergy in Talent Cultivation between Education and Healthcare Systems
The Synergy between education and healthcare system is one of the core top-ics.To systematically explain the theoretical model of the synergy,using the constant com-parative method,it found that the synergy is an association structure formed by education system and healthcare system around the medical talent cultivation,showing three levels of nested correlation,three stages of orderly participation,and the characteristics of inter-em-bedding of collaborative entities.The logical starting point of the synergy lies in the essential requirements and uniqueness of medical education as professional education.Market expan-sion and multi-objective conflict of hospitals,as well as the change of medical education man-agement system and the stratification of institutions in the education system,aggravate the complexity of the synergy.
