The Spatial Pattern and Influencing Factors of Employment Mobility for Doctoral Graduates in the Academic Labor Market
Based on the academic resume data of 43994 teachers from 144 universities within the first-class discipline program,this study analyzes the employment mobility of doctoral graduates in the academic labor market by using a CAGE framework.It finds that the employment mobility of doctoral graduates exhibits a typical spatial imbalance.The em-ployment mobility of doctoral graduates is influenced by regional development,academic reputation,and mobility experience for education.The employment mobility and academic position choices of doctoral graduates jointly shape the spatial pattern of talent distribution,highlighting the policy implications of coordinated promotion of regional economic develop-ment and first-class discipline construction.
