共生理论视域下跨组织科教融合育人模式解析

基于共生理论,世界主要国家高校与科研机构的跨组织科教融合育人活动可分为契约共生、战略共生和同源共生三种模式.契约共生以麻省理工学院托管林肯实验室为代表,通过签订契约实现育人与创新资源协同.战略共生以巴黎萨克雷大学"大学与机构共同体"为代表,通过国家协调战略推动共享统一发展目标.同源共生以中国科学院大学为代表,通过天然基因纽带在科研创新、人才培养、管理体制上高度融合.为促进跨组织科教融合,需明确各方主体在育人与创新体系中的功能与定位,以"共建、共享、共赢"价值理念为引领,健全制度机制设计,促进科教优势互补、相互支撑,实现"出成果"与"出人才"的倍增效应.
Analyzing Modes of Inter-organizational Nexus between Universities and Research Institutes from the Perspectives of Symbiosis Theory
Drawing on the symbiosis theory,the universities-research institutes nexus in major countries can be categorized into three modes:contractual symbiosis,strategic symbi-osis,and homologous symbiosis.Contractual symbiosis is represented by MIT-managed Lin-coln Laboratory,which achieves synergy in education and innovation resources through con-tractual agreements.Strategic symbiosis is exemplified by"Université Paris-Saclay",which fosters united developmental goals through national strategies.Homologous symbiosis is re-presented by the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences,which forms a unified develop-ment and governance strategy through natural genetic ties.To promote inter-organizational nexus,it is necessary to clarify functions and positions of parties involved,comply values of"co-construction,sharing,and mutual benefit",improve the system and mechanism design,and promote complementary advantages between science and education.
