Training Path for Gold Foreign Language Teachers in Military Academies by Interdisciplinary Professional Learning Community
Military academies actively respond to the call put forward by the Ministry of Education to"forge China's gold teachers"and regard forging the"gold teachers(best teachers)"of the military as the key to cultivating first-class military talents.This paper firstly elaborates the qualities of gold foreign language teachers in military academies.Then it proposes an approach for cultivating such teachers,i.e.relying on the scientific and reasonable planning of English courses in military academies,and drawing on the theory of community to construct an interdisciplinary professional learning community.It illustrates the practice and evaluates the effect of interdisciplinary professional learning community on the basis of relevant theories,which is expected to provide reference for the construction of foreign language teaching teams in military academies.
