摘要

身兼科学大师与教育大师的双一流大家,不仅是科技创新的引领者,还是培养科技拔尖人才的主力军.在深入分析中外现代科教领域大量案例的基础上,指出双一流大师在培养拔尖创新人才过程中担当的三重角色:一是精通课程的教师,二是因材施教的导师,三是超越课堂的良师.这些中外双一流大师各具特色的教育实践经验对当前我国拔尖创新人才的培养具有一定的启示.

Abstract

The dual first-class masters of science and education are not only leaders in technological innovation,but also the main force in cultivating top-notch talents in technology.Based on an in-depth analysis of a large number of cases in the field of modern science and education in China and abroad,it points out the three roles that top-notch masters play in the process of cultivating top-notch innovative talents:first,they are teachers proficient in their subjects;second,they are mentors who teach students according to their aptitude;and third,they are good teachers who go beyond the classroom.The distinctive educational practices and experiences of these top-notch masters from both China and abroad provide certain insights for the current cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in China.
