"双一流"建设对研究生培养提出了新要求,研究生培养方案是保证人才培养质量和培养水平的关键.面向交叉学科的新特点,以英国剑桥大学纳米科学与纳米技术博士训练中心为例,探究了其研究生培养方案,并总结了其人才培养的经验与启示,以期为促进国内高校交叉学科高层次人才培养,推进我国创建世界一流大学和培育世界一流学科提供参考.
Experience and Enlightenment of the Postgraduate Training Program of Interdisciplinary Studies——An Example of Centre for Doctoral Training in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology of the University of Cambridge
Building world-class universities and first-class disciplines has put forward new requirements for postgraduate training,which is the key to ensure the quality and level of talent training.Facing the new characteristics of interdisciplinary studies,this paper takes Centre for Doctoral Training in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology of the University of Cambridge as an example,reviews its postgraduate training plan,and summarizes the experience and enlightenment.This paper may shed light on the cultivation of interdisciplinary high-level talents in domestic colleges and universities and building world-class universities and first-class disciplines.
